The 14-day window

If you’re unhappy with a purchase, write to us within 14 days and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full — the first purchase or an unwanted renewal alike. After 14 days, renewals can still be cancelled anytime so nothing further is charged.

How to ask

Email hi@stilou.app from the address you bought with, ideally with your order number. No forms, no exit interviews. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Neo minute packs

Unredeemed minute packs are fully refundable within 14 days. If you’ve already redeemed one, write to us anyway — we’ll be fair.

Who the seller is

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including the EU’s 14-day withdrawal right where it applies.
