Accounts that brief themselves.
Ask a brand a question out loud and get an answer from live data. Say what should change and read the exact diff before it happens. Nothing is applied until you tap.
It fits if you manage Amazon advertising across several brands and lose hours to pulling numbers and re-deriving context. With a connected Shurq account, Stilou answers performance and search-term questions out loud, and can prepare bid, budget, pause and listing changes — each one shown as a proposal card with before-and-after values that only a human tap can confirm.
Half the job is retrieval. The other half is remembering what the client said.
Managing several Amazon accounts is two jobs pretending to be one. The first is data: which campaigns moved, what the search terms are doing, where spend is leaking, which ASIN needs attention this week. The second is relationship: what this particular client agreed to, what they refuse to try, and the CPC ceiling they mentioned once on a call in July.
Most tools do the first and none do the second. So you sit between a dashboard that knows the numbers but nothing about the client, and an inbox that knows the client but nothing about the numbers — and you are the join. Every optimisation decision is you, from memory, reconciling both.
And the risk sits precisely there. The changes that matter are on somebody else's money, so anything that acts confidently on a half-remembered instruction is worse than useless. Which is why the interesting question is not whether an assistant can change a bid. It is what it shows you before it does.
What changes
Both halves of the job in one place, with a gate on the half that spends money.
The numbers, out loud.
Performance, search terms, movers and what needs attention, pulled from your connected Shurq account while you are still looking at whatever you were doing. No dashboard, no export, no tab.
The client's own words count too.
The CPC ceiling from a July call, the thing they refuse to try, the promise you made in email. Captured by Joey and the connectors and held in the same brain as the account data, so a question can draw on both.
A proposal, never a fait accompli.
Say what should change and Stilou prepares it, then the Amazon Assistant looks up the real campaigns and shows a card: this keyword, this old value, this new one. It sits there until you confirm it.
The gate cannot be talked around.
The model is never given the confirm tool. Only a human tap applies a change, and the assistant is explicitly instructed never to claim a change is done, applied or live.
From a remembered constraint to a staged change
The exchange on our homepage, in full. Every step ships today.
- Ask what was agreed“What was the CPC ceiling James gave me two weeks ago?” The answer comes from the call Joey captured, citing it — not from your memory of a Tuesday.
- Say what to do with it“Apply it to the Fernbank campaigns.” Neo does not touch the account. It prepares the request and opens the Amazon Assistant.
- Read the actual diffThe Assistant looks up the real campaigns and keywords through Shurq and shows a card: three keywords, each with its current bid and the proposed one.
- Tap, or don'tNothing has happened yet. Confirm applies it; Cancel does not. If you walk away, the change simply never occurs.
Worth knowing. This is the part worth being pedantic about. An assistant that says “done — I've lowered the bids” without showing you a preview is asking you to trust a sentence it composed. The card is the actual data Shurq returned.
The tools that matter most here
All 13 ship in one app. These are the ones that earn their keep fastest for this kind of week.
Where Stilou won't help you
- It needs a connected Shurq accountThe Amazon surface reads and writes through Shurq. Without that connection none of this section applies and Stilou is just the capture and memory app for you.
- Amazon onlyThere is no Shopify integration, no Walmart, no eBay, no TikTok Shop. If your accounts are spread across marketplaces, only one of them is covered.
- It does not run unattendedNo automated rules firing overnight, no set-and-forget optimisation. Every change waits for a human. That is deliberate, and if you want autonomous bidding this is the wrong tool.
- No team layerYour brain is yours. Two account managers cannot share one client file, and there is no approval chain, audit log or role permission for who may confirm what.
- It is not a reporting toolClient-facing reports, dashboards and scheduled exports live in Shurq, not here.
Short version: this makes one operator faster and better-informed on live accounts. It does not make an agency's process auditable, and it never touches money without you.
Frequently asked questions
Can Neo change bids by itself?
No, and the design deliberately prevents it. Neo is a voice assistant, and the write tools are not given to it. When you ask for a change it calls a prepare step that opens the Amazon Assistant, which looks up the real campaigns and returns a proposal card.
The confirm action is never exposed to the model at all — only a person tapping Confirm invokes it. Neo is also instructed never to say a change is done, applied or live, precisely because a spoken read-back would be a sentence the model composed rather than the preview the system returned.
What changes can it prepare?
Bid changes, budget changes, pausing a campaign, bulk rules and listing updates. Each one comes back as a card showing the scope and the exact before-and-after values, in a pending state.
Does it need Shurq?
Yes, for anything account-related. The Amazon reads and writes go through a connected Shurq account. The rest of Stilou — dictation, meetings, notes, the Brain — works without it.
Does it support Shopify?
No. Amazon is the only marketplace integration that exists, and we would rather say that plainly than let a roadmap slide imply otherwise.
Is client account data sent to an AI provider?
In Connected mode a request sends the passage it needs to a hosted provider that is contractually barred from training on it. In Private mode the model runs on your Mac. Account reads themselves go between your Mac and Shurq. /privacy sets out each surface.
